3 more sleeps...

Our end of the semester celebration on Monday night: sangria, Scrabble, and waffles (not pictured) :)

I didn't think it could happen, but I managed to get through December without throwing my textbooks in the garbage (or at the wall in frustration). No more Scantron sheets, or calculators, or final analytical essays. For the next 2 weeks, I am free.

Free to: shop for gifts, do dishes, do laundry, get a haircut, watch Elf,  make two pies, wrap presents (with brown kraft paper, of course), make meals, have family over, and watch another holiday movie. And this is all from now until tomorrow evening.

Then, the real fun begins...

How are all of you preparing for 12.25?

Sangria and waffles eh? Sounds not only interesting but delicious. Congrats on finishing up and getting to the fun stuff!! All I have left to do is do a little grocery shopping then a little cooking. Stockings are hung, presents are wrapped and outfits are planned. I am good to go.

I love the "three more sleeps," that's what the little kiddos I see at work say when they want to say how soon something is coming.
Happy festivities to you!

Sangria and waffles... if that wasn't wine, I'd ask if you were pregnant ;)

Only a few more things to do: get boxes for the last two presents, grab some red wine for Christmas Eve, vacuum, dust, laundry.. oh yeah, and a full day of work as well. womp womp.
