This is a rather mundane picture of my mother playing piano last week. It's not unusual for me to hear her play music throughout the week (P.S. Listening to my mother play piano is under the "Things I will miss when I move out and get married" list). What was unusual was what she was playing:
See that? 70 days before Christmas and she's playing Christmas carols already. Now, the thing about my mother is that she's usually such a stickler when it comes to Christmas stuff. She never lets us start celebrating Christmas before Thanksgiving.
Hmm, maybe she's bending the rules a little bit this year.
{Thanks for the engagement photo session encouragement! I eagerly await the arrival of our disc and thoroughly enjoyed the session-I got to give Chad kisses all afternoon, what's bad about that?! I will post some of our favorite pictures since my far away siblings read this blog. Stay tuned.)
